Location : UK (home-based)/ REMOTE
In this role you will be responsible for...
Full accountability for full life cycle recruitment
Managing niche and hard-to-fill roles
Direct sourcing of candidates
Business partnering and stakeholder management
Overseeing team reporting and analytics
Providing recruitment support across the EMEAI region
Driving strategic talent acquisition (pipelining, niche skills, succession planning)
Promoting a strategic approach to internal talent mobility
Acting as a recruitment consultant to the business, providing market insights
Leading and contributing to EMEAI-wide TA projects and continuous improvement
Coaching and training hiring managers on recruitment skills and bias mitigation
Managing ad hoc, value-adding TA projects
The skills and experience you will ideally have... Degree qualified - BA/BSc, or equivalent
Cross-regional full cycle recruitment experience
Experience of working in EMEAI region
Stakeholder management/Business Partnering
Direct sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, deep dive, x-ray, Boolean searching)
Ability to manage and prioritize workload
ATS/CRM systems experience
Language sills: advanced Polish + English is a must (additional Swedish/Spanish/French/Italian/German will be an asset)
