Description:
We are seeking an Accounts Assistant- part time for our client based in Sittingbourne.
Hours : 8am to 1pm - 25 hours per week
Pay : £15 p/h
Job Duties :
1. Invoicing customer orders
2. Allocate daily cash
3. Posting lodgements for sales
4. PayPal withdrawal postings
5. Processing intercompany payments
6. Processing credit notes
7. Assisting customers with their queries
8. Assisting Finance Manager
You will need to have :
9. AAT
10. Basic accountant knowledge
11. Own transport due to location
