Job Title: Property Advisor Location: Ealing (Hybrid working available/Travel around borough) Hourly rate £21.33 PAYE / £28.26 Umbrella per hour Contract Length: 3 month contract (possibility of extension) Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 35 hours ASAP Start Full Driving License / Access to own vehicle (Required) Role purpose: To work with the Void Surveyors and Allocations Officers to prepare void properties for letting and to lead on tenant viewings in the lettings process, whilst ensuring that the Council meets its statutory requirements. To ensure that property and tenancy records are kept up to date and regularly monitored. To ensure that residents' needs are identified. To liaise with contractors, suppliers, consultants and key stakeholders involved in the void management. To meet and surpass the targets identified as key performance indicators. To ensure the Council meets its statutory requirements with specific regard to building and Health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: To understand, apply and explain housing's policies, procedures and guidelines to tenants and to keep up to date with Tenancy and Housing Benefit procedures.
