Responsibilities
* Strategic planning, delivery, and evaluation of a hospice-wide Learning and Development Strategy.
* Ensure all staff clinical and non-clinical are equipped with the knowledge, confidence, and capabilities needed to deliver outstanding palliative and end-of-life care, while meeting regulatory, commissioning, and organisational standards.
* Drive innovation in professional development, build tailored learning pathways for roles and departments.
* Work closely with external stakeholders (including NHS trusts, commissioners, and partner hospices) to ensure alignment with external frameworks and evolving healthcare priorities.
