Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team, to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality care are essential.
What We Offer:
1. Guaranteed hours contracts available
2. Competitive pay: £13.40 – £14.42 per hour
3. £20 per hour on Bank Holidays
4. 35p mileage allowance
5. Minimum 1-hour calls – giving you time to deliver quality care, no rushed visits

8. Variable working patterns available
9. 4 days a week (between Mon–Fri one week and between Mon–Sun the next)
10. Potential to do some sleeps at £13.00 per hour as and when required (not essential)
Requirements
11. Previous experience in a home care setting is preferred but not essential.
12. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.
13. Must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle
14. Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes.
15. Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding towards clients' needs.
