We are looking for a dynamic individual to become part of our team. Highly organised, you will be working in a busy environment providing support to all staff and be responsible to the Head of Services. Responsibilities
* Managing phone calls and correspondence
* To liaise with partnership agencies as required
* To maintain and organise office files both physical and electronic
* Processing invoices, maintaining records and general bookkeeping tasks
* Auditing of homes utilities and ensuring up to date monitoring
* Provide both recorded and written accounts of meetings
Experience
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Proficient in the use of Word, Excel and outlook
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Ability to contain sensitive information in a confidential manner
* Ability to use initiative, additionally, to embrace new challenges
Desirable
* Knowledge of Safer Recruitment
* Knowledge of electronic social care systems
