Registered Manager - Care Home Are you an experienced Registered Manager who enjoys improving and developing services, empowering staff and delivering quality focused services to vulnerable adults? If so, this Home Manager post might be right up your street! Industry Leading Benefits Package; * £42,000 - £50,000 (35 hour contract) * 25 days leave plus bank holidays, rises to 28 after 5 years service * Occupational Sick Pay * Life Insurance * Pension * Assistance and Wellbeing programme * Gift Voucher reward schemes * Career Enhancing training and qualification opportunities - The Registered Manager Role * Overall, you’ll be responsible for the overall management and operation of the care home, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. * You’ll work collaboratively with other teams within the organisation that are there to support you in the continuous improvement of the service delivery within the home. * You’ll provide strong leadership and management to the staff team, ensuring that they feel supported in their roles, are empowered to make decisions and that regular training and supervision continues to develop their skills and knowledge. * You’ll develop and implement systems and processes that’ll ensure that they can deliver the highest quality care and support to the people they support. * You’ll ensure that key audits are completed in line with the governance calendar * Ensure that when people’s care needs change that they are re-assessed, and new contracts put in place to meet people’s needs. - About you * You’ll need to be an experienced Home Manager or Supported Living Manager, who has held Registered Manager status with CQC before. * Experienced of running services for people with learning disabilities or physical disabilities would be great but not essential, if you’ve worked in residential care for older people before and you’re looking for a new challenge we’d be happy to hear from you. * Ideally, you’ll hold QCF level 5 qualification in Leadership of Social Care but if not, as long as you are willing to work towards it, we can consider you. * You’ll be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of CQC standards, and legislation relevant to manging social care. * And importantly, you’ll be driven by a passion to deliver services that are truly-person centred and make a difference to people’s lives. - Interested?
