Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the store team, ensuring high performance and a customer-first mindset
* Maintain the store’s operations to run like clockwork
* Support ongoing skills development and growth for yourself and colleagues
* Contribute to delivering better hear and eye care to the community
Qualifications
* Previous people optical management experience
* Great communication skills
* Eye for detail
* Flexible and adaptable

* Organised and hard-working
