We’re looking for a proactive and capable individual to take ownership of a key leadership role that will directly influence both team morale and client satisfaction for our client based in Sheffield. What You’ll Do: * Oversee day-to-day service operations to ensure exceptional client support. * Lead and support a team of engineers and coordinators. * Identify and implement improvements to enhance service delivery and internal processes. * Act as a bridge between teams and clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and prompt resolution of issues. What We’re Looking For: * Strong experience in a service management role, ideally within the fire and security industry. * Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. * A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement. Details of the Role: * Office based role - Sheffield. Must be in a commutable distance. * Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 DOE * Use of Company vehicle as and when required.
