We have an exciting role on offer within our Marketing and Communications service as a Senior Digital Officer. About Us We are looking for a creative and passionate individual to help us provide first class digital services to Middlesbrough residents. As a Senior Digital Officer in our Marketing and Communications team, you would have a busy and varied role overseeing the work of our Digital Officers. Your daily tasks would include web development, content management and an ongoing cycle of testing and reviewing. We’re embarking on an ambitious customer programme and you would contribute to our push to get more people to use online services. We are looking for a digital expert who always puts the needs of our residents, businesses and customers first. You will champion accessibility and make sure all the Council’s digital output is easy to use and understand. As part of the wider Marketing and Communications team, you would also have a key role in email newsletter management, edit imagery and work on occasional video filming. You will have experience of working under pressure and at speed. As this role includes an element of working from home you should be aware some appointments will take place remotely.
