Senior Consultant, Transformation, Credit Risk
EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to become part of our Credit Risk team in London, Manchester or Edinburgh. You will collaborate with a diverse group of colleagues on engagements in the credit risk and transformation space, leveraging analytics, large data, digital innovation, and business acumen to design, develop and implement solutions across the credit lifecycle.
Our Credit Risk team helps many of the world’s leading banks make more informed decisions on how to optimise their businesses. You’ll have the opportunity to work on leading edge, business-critical solutions and engage with clients at all levels of the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Participate in client engagements and internal projects within the Credit Transformation team.
* Design and deliver innovative, data-driven solutions to solve client problems.
* Support the solution team to develop new and enhance existing Credit Transformation services offerings.
* Engage in Credit Transformation projects, collaborating with team members, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating seniors on progress.
* Assist in creating client reports and deliverables.
* Foster strong client relationships and build internal networks within advisory services.
* Contribute to the development of market-facing solutions.
* Coach more junior colleagues, conduct staff performance reviews and contribute to feedback.
* Actively pursue ongoing personal skill development.
Qualifications
* Experience of end-to-end credit risk strategies, policies, governance, and management information, particularly in retail, commercial, or corporate lending.
* Knowledge of advanced credit decisioning, including innovative methodologies and big data utilization.
* Insights into intelligent lending processes and automation.
* Understanding of lending and credit risk technology solutions.
* Knowledge of credit monitoring and collections, including early warning systems and analytics-driven optimization.
* Solid grasp of the credit risk regulatory framework.
