We currently have an exciting new opportunity for the right candidate to work in a small, friendly, supportive team working as an A ccounts Assistant to take over the day to day bookkeeping of ALS Lawalong withpurchase ledger postingsfor Auto Logistic Solutions. Logging both income and expenditure for ALS Law Reconciling supplier ledgers Arranging client and supplier payments Addressing queries with fee earners/legal executives The accounts for ALS Law should only take up 2-3 days per week with the rest of the time working on the purchase ledger and other ad hoc duties for ALS. AAT level 3 is preferred but not essential Experience working in a legal accounts or solicitors/law firm desirable Experience of working with a Solicitors accounts package preferred, i.e Proclaim Microsoft Excel essential Attention to detail a must The role is based in Rochdale in modern well equipped air conditioned offices. Hours 9.00/9.30 - 5.00/5.30 - 30 minutes lunch Employee happiness is key to successful business and as such ALS frequently arrange team building events.
