The Role & Key Responsibilities:
Navigate Video is looking for a passionate, curious, hardworking individual to join our team of YouTube
specialists. Candidates must have a passion for copywriting and have a good understanding of the role of video and YouTube.
From day one, you will traverse different aspects of the business, supporting our team across our client portfolio, and learning directly from experts within our expanding and lively business.
The successful individual will be required to turn their hand to many tasks, and this will be rewarded by working within a great team who is dedicated to ensure that everyone learns, grows and thrives within the business.
The chosen candidate will build experience in the following areas:
* YouTube Video Optimisation: Supporting the Navigate Video team to write search-optimised video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags), create video thumbnails, and ensuring every video is launched according to the latest YouTube best practices.
* Channel Management: Assist Channel Managers with day-to-day channel operations, including planning, community management, video scheduling and uploads. Support the team with creating channel insight performance reports, using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Content Research: Monitoring the latest channels, trends, formats, and creator and competitor activity. Collaborate with Channel Managers and the Client Services team to identify opportunities that help advance and strengthen channel strategy over time.
* Media & Performance: Assisting our Strategy & Media Planner to set-up, manage and report on media campaigns - tracking key performance metrics, identifying trends, and providing insights for future planning.
* New Business, Research & Marketing: Help our team to stay on top of the fast-moving industry news, new YouTube products, platform developments, as well as supporting agency marketing communications and helping our team prepare for new business meetings.

* Creative with strong copywriting skills, able to craft enticing video titles and descriptions on all subjects
* Expertise in design, the ability to create eye-catching and engaging thumbnails
* Enjoys researching YouTube channels and related topics, analysing data, and pulling together insights to drive smart decisions and create compelling content
* A self-starter, motivated and hardworking
* A collaborative team player, who can immediately fit within, and contribute to, the business
* Resilient, with a positive attitude, a desire to learn and is always looking to over-deliver
* Meticulous, with exceptional attention to detail
* Proactive, wants to be part of the team but also able to work independently
* Organised, able to juggle multiple tasks and maintain quality of work whilst hitting deadlines
Candidates would ideally have:
• Copywriting & design skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop and PowerPoint
• Interest and some experience in YouTube and or social media platforms
Term:
This is a full-time contract with a 1-month notice period.
Probation Period:
3 months’ probation period with a one week notice period during this time.
Pension:
Auto-enrolment pension that starts after your 3-months’ probation period.
Hybrid Working:
You can work from home on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, and from our Holborn office on Wednesdays and Thursdays. However, the office is available to use 5 days a week to suit everyone’s preferences.
Holiday:
20 days (plus an extra day for your birthday), all statutory UK holidays, and the office is closed between Christmas and New Year. An extra day’s holiday will also be added to your contract for every year you spend with us (until you reach 25 days).
A Day of Joy:
All staff can take 1 day a year to bring joy to someone else or yourself. This could be working for a charity, giving blood, litter picking or just doing something fun with someone that brings you joy.
Office Gym:
At our office, there is a complimentary onsite gym accessible at any time. The facility provides yoga classes and is equipped with free weights, an Olympic bar, and Techno Gym exercise machines.

Once you've successfully passed your probation, you’ll be enrolled in our company wellbeing policy, which provides £40 a month to spend on your personal wellbeing.
