Vivisol is currently hiring for 2 Sleep Service Coordinators and an administrator to provide patient support. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team to carry out patient calls, organise patient visits, and provide verbal assistance with equipment.

Hours: 37.5-hour week - Working 5 in 7 days rota, with hours between 7am - 8pm. Flexibility to work weekends may be required.
This role is based in Manor Royal, Crawley, with free on-site parking and great transport links (bus stop: 1-minute walk, Train Station: 15-minute walk).
Full training will be provided for all new starters, along with an extensive onboarding program.
Primary Duties & Areas of Responsibility:
* Handling patient calls as part of the sleep call centre.
* Administration of patient orders.
* General administration and data entry.
* Telephone support for patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
* Provide first-line support to all patients requiring assistance via email, telephone, letter, and SMS.
* Process prescriptions accurately upon receipt, ensuring correct equipment is provided to the patient.
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and patiently.
* Maintain thorough and accurate records.
Required Experience:
* Previous customer service experience (phone-based desirable).
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
* An Enhanced DBS check (provided during probation).
* Effective telephone and communication skills.
* Empathetic and problem-solving mindset.
* Team player.
* Trustworthy, reliable, and ethical.
* Good organizational skills.
* Excellent computer skills and accuracy.
