We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our small but busy Human Resources team to assist with the day-to-day support of recruitment related activities. Main responsibilities of the role will include: Support the Recruitment lead with the management of the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and candidate pipelines, ensuring all data and reports are always accurate and kept up to date. Assist in creating job advertisements and posting on job boards. Maintaining advertisements, updating/removing when required. Maintain the recruitment mailboxes and respond to candidate queries. Review job applications, screening candidates and submitting suitable candidates to hiring managers. Collate candidates feedback from interviewers in a timely manner. Support with the direct hire recruitment service across the group, from vacancy to offer, including vacancy management, advertising, direct sourcing, arranging interviews, preparing offers and linking smoothly to the new starter process, with a strong focus on candidate experience. Confirm candidates start date and coordinate with HR, IT and Recruiting director to ensure a smooth induction into the company. Obtain employment references as part of the onboarding process prior to candidates start date. Liaise with the Security Vetting team by obtaining specific employee references which are required as part of the security clearance process for certain projects. Ensure a high standard of friendly and professional communication with candidates and internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Arrange various work experience and apprenticeship programs. Support other recruitment projects along with ad-hoc HR Administration to support the successful running of the team. About you The ideal candidate will have the following essential skills and experience required for the role: Previous experience within recruitment (agency or in house) or HR environment would be desirable. Have a positive, welcoming attitude and good communication skills. Ability to work on own initiative and a willingness to learn. Good organisational skills and an ability to prioritise with excellent attention to detail and a "can do" attitude. Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. IT literate, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
