Your new role
* Working in a Data Centre environment, providing customer support ensuring Service Levels are maintained and the ticketing system is fully up to date
* Installation of server, network and storage hardware
* Performing cabling/patching duties of both copper and fibre
* Remote hands duties such as power cycling equipment, replacing failed hardware components, re-seating networking cards, testing cabling
What you’ll need to succeed
* You must be able to pass security checks for this job, including SC and BPSS clearance
* Full UK Driving License and your own personal car is essential for this position
* Experience within a similar role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
