About the Role As a Trade Sales Manager, you'll lead a team of talented Designers, set the standard for customer engagement and sales excellence, and take ownership of the showroom’s performance. You’ll be responsible for cultivating relationships with trade professionals (architects, designers, builders, installers) as well as retail customers, ensuring every interaction is engaging, professional, and ultimately profitable.
