About the roleYou’ll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, including some key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all commercial and service-related matters. This is a varied role that combines relationship management, commercial analysis, and hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and high service levels.Handle RFQs, quoting processes, and provide accurate commercial analysis.Deliver proactive customer service: order management, delivery updates, and issue resolution.Support strategic projects and ensure timely responses to complex quotations.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, purchasing, and quality teams to meet customer needs.Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experienceExperience / SkillsStrong commercial acumen and analytical ability.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to work effectively across multiple departments.Resilience and confidence to manage customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.Ideally, previous experience in a B2B manufacturing environment in customer service or sales support.
