Key Responsibilities:
* Lead paid media strategies that align with client business goals, trading calendars, and commercial targets.
* Manage performance across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads with strong hands-on campaign delivery.
* Drive creative testing and performance improvement through structured frameworks and insights.
* Act as the senior lead for client relationships, delivering clear performance communication and commercial guidance.
* Mentor junior team members while raising internal delivery standards and fostering a culture of ownership and improvement.
Essential Experience:
* 3+ years of marketing agency experience, with a strong background in fashion, health, or beauty sectors.
* Proven success managing e-commerce paid media budgets ranging from £5K to £200K per month.
* Deep knowledge of Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest Ads platforms, including feed optimisation.
* Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker Studio, GA4, and Shopify for data-led decision making.
* Demonstrated success in team management, client ownership, and senior stakeholder engagement.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + 10% Bonus
