We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our outstanding team.
This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children aged 0-5 years. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of our youngest learners.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement engaging educational activities that cater to the needs of children in the early years.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children.
* Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
* Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction among children.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive team atmosphere focused on child development.
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress and activities.
* Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's development and addressing any concerns.
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Experience
* Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
* A qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent is essential.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* A valid driving license is preferred but not essential for this role.
