About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiasticSupply EYFS Teaching Assistantto join our Early Years Foundation Stage team to support with an increase in class sizes in the 2025 Autumn Term in mainstream primary schools in the OL16 area. This flexible role is perfect for candidates who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and can adapt quickly to support the needs of our youngest learners.
You will be responsible for:
* Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons
* Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils
* Assisting with the preparation of learning materials and resources
* Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
* Supporting with classroom routines and activities, including outdoor learning and play
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience working in an EYFS or nursery setting is preferred
* A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification
* A patient, caring, and flexible approach to working with young children
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
