Avalon is currently recruiting for a Housing Officer on a temporary basis for an organisation based in Worcestershire.
The Opportunity:
The successful applicant will deliver a supported housing management service, supporting the wellbeing and independence of vulnerable customers through individual plans, group activities and signposting to specialist agencies when required.
The successful candidate will:
* Manage referrals, offers, complete tenancy signups, process terminations, void checks, and undertake new tenancy visits.
* Undertake tenancy audits according to target and gather customer data.
* Develop and sustain effective relationships with external partners and stakeholders and represent the organisation in a positive manner.
* Carry out regular monitoring inspections at schemes, including routine health and safety checks
* Deal with a range of Housing related queries.

* Part-time 24 hours per week
* Possibility to go permanent
Requirements:
* A driver's license and access to a vehicle
* Enhanced DBS check
