Part time Accounts Administrator
Our client is currently looking for a part time Accounts Administrator who is looking to work between 24-32 hours per week or 3-4 days. Due to the location of this role, you must have your own transport.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Processing purchase invoices
* Processing monthly payments
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* Inputting delivery notes onto the transport system
* Credit control duties
* Processing customer receipts
* Scanning and filing invoices
* Supplying remittances and statements
* Raising customer invoices
* Dealing with incoming queries from both customers and suppliers
