Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensivehearing assessmentsand diagnostic tests for patients of varying age groups
* Recommend and fit hearing aidsbased on clinical findings and patient lifestyle needs
* Provideongoing support, maintenance, and aftercarefor hearing aid users
* Educate patients onhearing health, prevention, and care
* Maintain accurate and professional clinical records
* Work closely with our team to provide a seamlessmulti-disciplinary patient experience
* Help shape and grow the audiology service within the practice
Requirements:
* HCPC-registered Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser
* Proven experience inhearing aid recommendation and fitting
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Passionate about delivering high standards of patient care
* Comfortable working independently and building long-term patient relationships
* Commercial awareness and ability to balance clinical care with business growth
