About the role
A new opportunity for a Bioanalysis LC‑MS specialist at the Rushden site. In this role you will develop LC‑MS methods for the quantitative measurement of small and large molecules within regulated bioanalysis. The Rushden site is a centre of excellence for Radiolabelled Sciences and Chemistry, supporting a range of services from pre‑clinical ADME to API manufacture.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
* Perform established analytical procedures using LC‑MS.
* Support other staff members as appropriate or as directed by management.
* Prepare samples for analysis.
* Assist in the development of new analytical procedures and study types.
* Perform complex experimental techniques such as instrument set‑up, maintenance and method development, as required with guidance.
* Ensure work is documented and reported in line with department practices and client requirements.
Essential Requirements
* BSc (Hons) or higher in Chemistry or a related subject.
* 1–2 years of analytical or biochemistry laboratory experience.
* Experience with quantitative triple‑quadrupole mass spectrometry (Sciex platforms) paired with liquid chromatography (e.g., Agilent systems).
* Experience developing sample extraction and work‑up methods; automation platform experience (Hamilton, Tecan) is advantageous.
* Proficiency with relevant software (Analyst, Watson, WinNonLin).
* Awareness of regulated bioanalysis guidelines.
* Understanding of the drug development process.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
