Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite in London
Remuneration: £48.08 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary (Until 16th April 2027)
Responsibilities:
* Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the go-to expert on products/features, guiding teams in product development and market analysis.
* Marketing Plans: Lead meetings to craft marketing strategies for regional teams, prioritising goals and defining audience engagement plans.
* Content Strategy: Develop and implement marketing content strategies across channels, tracking key metrics for product performance.
* Market Validation: Assess market size and opportunities, collaborating with teams to form data-driven hypotheses and visions.
* User Insights: Generate insights to enhance product development and marketing strategies, advocating for user experience improvements.
* Brand Positioning: Shape product messaging and value propositions, tailoring communications to resonate with target audiences.
* Content Creation: Produce marketing content aligned with product strategy, ensuring high-quality output through collaboration.
* Research Management: Determine research needs and manage user research initiatives with internal and external partners.
* Campaign Management: Oversee medium to large-scale marketing campaigns, optimising performance and driving user engagement.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Marketing experience, with a focus on performance or digital media
* Direct experience with Amazon Ads, demonstrating knowledge of key advertising metrics
* Strong business acumen and go-to-market strategy experience
* Exceptional analytical skills for marketing performance assessment
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong organisational and collaboration skills
* Global mindset with interdisciplinary thinking
* Experience with iconic brands known for disruptive marketing
* Proven success in driving consumer engagement and conversion
