Main Responsibility:
Assist the branch in achieving sales goals by providing exceptional customer care and building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Job Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue sales opportunities through referrals, networks, and corporate relationships
* Deliver excellent customer service, handling calls and emails promptly
* Address customer queries and complaints, directing them to relevant departments when needed
* Cross-sell products and services to existing clients through ongoing communication
* Maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere in the branch
* Support business development by promoting and attending events
* Process new account applications, including NRI and postal service requests
* Handle AML Risk Matrix, postal register, and clerical duties as needed
* Operate cash register and process remittances, ensuring compliance with policies
* Maintain AML format for large cash transactions
* Provide cover for other roles as required by the Area Branch Manager
