Position
To optimize relationships between Stark and energy suppliers, acting as the primary operational contact for all suppliers across HH and MUS. Develop strong relationships with key suppliers vital to Stark’s growth and stability.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Stay updated with industry advances and new methods
* Excellent administrative and organizational skills
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Confident use of departmental systems and databases
Requirements
* Deep understanding of operational issues affecting supplier performance
* Knowledge of settlement processes
* Ability to generate reports for internal and external stakeholders and drive operational improvements
* Lead meetings with suppliers regularly via Teams and face-to-face quarterly meetings
* Assist suppliers at risk of being placed into EFR by Elexon, helping improve their performance
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance performance and provide feedback
* Use reporting tools to forecast and proactively address potential issues
* Support the Supplier Channel team in operational discussions and tenders
* Share knowledge and encourage team learning
* Participate in ongoing training to develop skills
* Adhere to Stark policies and ensure safety standards
* Perform other duties as required
