We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in the Weymouth area. About the Role: Position: Teaching Assistant (full-time & part-time available) Location: Weymouth and surrounding areas Start Date: Immediate and September 2025 starts available Salary: £85 – £95 per day (depending on experience and role) Key Responsibilities: Support individual and small groups of pupils across a variety of subjects Assist the class teacher in creating an engaging learning environment Deliver targeted interventions to pupils with SEND or learning gaps Provide 1:1 support where required Contribute to pupils’ personal and academic development ✅ We’re looking for: Individuals with experience working with children (school, tutoring, youth work or similar) Enthusiastic, proactive and reliable team players A valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (or willingness to apply for one) Flexibility to work in different school settings Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential) Interested?
