About you
You’re a natural leader who thrives in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and genuinely loves people. You lead from the front, inspire your team, and create memorable guest experiences every day.
You’ll bring:
* Proven experience running a high‑performing site or fresh food restaurant
* A strong track record of developing managers and teams
* Confidence across all areas of hospitality (including rooms where applicable)
* 2–3 years’ experience as a General Manager within a branded environment
* A solid understanding of HR, financial performance, and KPI delivery
The ability to take full ownership of your business and drive results.
