Were looking for a Sales Appointment Coordinator to join a busy head office team in Banbury, supporting a high-performing sales function.
This role is ideal for someone with strong admin or customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing diaries, and speaking with customers.
What youll be doing
* Booking appointments for field-based sales surveyors from inbound enquiries
* Managing and coordinating multiple diaries to maximise efficiency
* Handling incoming calls and emails from customers
* Updating and maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure appointments run smoothly
What were looking for
* Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
* Confident on the phone with a clear, professional manner
* Strong organisational skills and able to manage multiple tasks at once
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
