Role Description
As a Digital Account Manager, you will oversee client accounts, develop digital strategies, and ensure the timely and successful delivery of marketing solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining client relationships, managing projects, identifying upselling opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client needs. This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Ipswich.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Account Management and strong relationship‑building skills
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
* Ability to craft and implement effective digital strategies that align with client goals
* Demonstrated expertise in sales, with the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
* Strong project‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently
* Highly organized with attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
* Familiarity with core digital marketing tools and platforms is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred
