We are looking for a friendly & reliable clinic therapist to join our award winning team.
The main duties of this role will be:
* Perform a range of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, laser, manicures, pedicures, and advanced skincare.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment areas.
* Offer personalised skincare advice and promote salon products.
* Ensure exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming experience.
* Work collaboratively with the team to maintain Vanilla Pods reputation for excellence, seen in our outstanding customer reviews
Requirements & Skills:
* Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or above.
* Ability to deliver premium customer service.
* Experience in beauty clinic required.
* Strong knowledge of skincare, massage techniques, and beauty treatments.
* Professional attitude and appearance.
* Ability to work alone as well as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for beauty
This role will report directly to the Clinic Manager, Rosie.
