Hybrid work style, involving at least two days per week, or 40% of the time, at one of our office sites.
About this Opportunity
Cardnet is our payment system that allows businesses to accept card payments through various channels. It provides solutions for in-person (POS terminals), online payments, and over-the-phone payments that can be integrated with e-commerce platforms.
As a Client Service Advisor in our Customer Service team, you’ll be:
* Onboarding new merchants
* Providing excellent service to new and existing Cardnet merchants
* Handling enquiries and complaints from merchants promptly and according to procedures and timescales
