We’re hiring full-time Customer Service Advisors in our Homes Direct Servicing team in Thornaby with a starting package of £26,420; this includes a base salary of £24,000, an additional £500 flexible benefit, and up to a £1,920 discretionary performance-related bonus.

In this role, you’ll bring energy and warmth to customer interactions, assisting with mortgages, loans, and other financial products. You’ll develop skills in building customer relationships, taking ownership, and delivering excellent service.
The difference you’ll make:
* Handling mortgage and loan queries over the phone, with potential support via Live Chat after training.
* Encouraging customers to adopt digital channels for their convenience.
* Ensuring customer and bank safety by identifying vulnerabilities and potential fraud.
* Accurately collating information to resolve queries at first contact.

Additional information:
Roles are 35 hours/week, Monday-Friday 08:00-18:00, and Saturday 09:00-14:00 (with time off in lieu). Training is fully paid for 12 weeks onsite, with future options for remote or flexible working, including part-time arrangements. The role is based in Teesside, requiring at least two days/month in the office. Free onsite parking is provided.
