I am on the lookout for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer on behalf of an exciting client : a renewables business looking to expand their production on site This business is forward:thinking, manufacturers of a niche and highly utilised product. They are secure, profitable, and expanding : now looking to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer equipped with excellent fault:finding skills, as well as great knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine planned maintenance and repair checks on necessary equipment.
* Seek to boost continuous improvement through participating in root cause analysis.
* Report and document all maintenance activities.
* Accurate reports between staff members during shift handovers.
* Assist with installations of new equipment as well as supporting upgrades of current equipment.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Experience working in a similar role, in an Electrical Maintenance environment.
* HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
* Strong fault:finding and fault diagnostic skills.
* Experience with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and automated systems.
