Senior Estates Surveyor – 6 Month Contract, Up to £400 per day, Hybrid/Flexible
Your new company Are you an experienced Estates Surveyor with strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results? We’re seeking a Senior Estates Surveyor to join our team on a 6-month contract, taking the lead in tackling a significant backlog of rent reviews and lease renewals across our property portfolio.
Your new role • Manage and progress a backlog of rent reviews and lease renewals.• Negotiate with tenants, landlords, and agents to secure best value outcomes.• Prepare professional valuation reports and recommendations.• Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, internal policies, and market standards.• Maintain accurate property records and documentation.• Provide expert estates advice to internal stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed • MRICS qualified (or equivalent experience).• Proven experience managing rent reviews, lease renewals, and landlord/tenant matters.• Strong negotiation and valuation skills.• Able to work autonomously and deliver high quality work to tight deadlines.• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
