Assistant Service Manager
Location: Darlington
Salary: £35,000 basic per annum plus bonus, OTE £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm, Saturday mornings on rota

Role Overview – Assistant Service Manager
* Work closely with the Aftersales Manager to oversee both front‑and‑back‑of‑house operations
* Conduct monthly evaluations and Health & Safety assessments
* Ensure all departmental KPIs are set, monitored, and achieved
Requirements – Assistant Service Manager
* Must have an extensive background across aftersales in the motor trade.
* Knowledge of Kerridge or Pinnacle.
* A full UK driving licence.
