The Role
As Customs Team Leader, you will:
1. Lead, coach, and develop a structured, high-performing customs team
2. Bring process, consistency, and best practice into daily operations
3. Oversee end-to-end import and export customs clearance
4. Act as the escalation point for complex or high-risk entries
