A highly regarded law firm in Bradford is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Conveyancing Executive to manage a reduced, high-value caseload while mentoring and supporting junior members of the team.
**Candidates looking for flexibility, whether through part-time hours, condensed working weeks, or a full-time arrangement will be considered**
The successful candidate will:
* Handle a smaller but high-quality residential caseload, including sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), shared ownership, Help to Buy, and new build transactions.
* Provide clear legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring excellent service throughout the process.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and referrers.
* Support the development of junior colleagues through mentoring and day-to-day guidance.
* Ensure compliance with firm procedures, quality standards, CQS requirements, and SRA regulations.
