Lead Mobile Cleaner – Temp to Perm – £16.51/hr (Umbrella) – Cheshire
We’re currently recruiting for a Lead Mobile Cleaner to join a professional facilities team covering sites across Cheshire. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, offering a consistent schedule, leadership responsibility, and a company vehicle.
Location: Cheshire-wide coverage – ideally based near Warrington, Runcorn or Chester
Vehicle: Company van provided and can be based from the nearest police station
Rate: £16.51 per hour (Umbrella) / £12.55 (Pay-e)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: Full-time, some weekend work may be required
Driving licence essential
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a team of cleaners across multiple sites
* Ensure service delivery is maintained to a high standard
* Monitor staff performance and attendance, and manage rotas effectively
* Carry out cleaning duties alongside the team, including deep cleans
* Provide training and inductions for new staff
* Ensure Health & Safety and COSHH compliance
* Be the first responder for emergency or reactive cleaning needs
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Strong knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and techniques
* Experience in team supervision and rota management
* Good planning and organisation skills
* Resilient and able to work under pressure
* Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
* Able to work independently across a mobile patch
