Job Title: Chef de Partie - Contract Catering - Salisbury
Main working days: Monday - Friday
Key information:
* Contract type: Permanent
* Salary: £12.61 per hour (£26,228 annually)
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm or 11am - 7pm, with 1-3 weekends
* Start date: ASAP
This role offers a great work/life balance and the opportunity to use creativity when cooking from scratch.
While primarily a Monday-Friday role, some evening and weekend work may be required for functions and events, which will be pre-arranged and paid.
You will work in a great kitchen environment, using and serving fresh, seasonal produce, employing modern techniques, and continuously developing the food offer. The role involves catering for 300 covers.
Ideal candidates will have:
* Experience in contract catering

* Good Health & Safety knowledge
* Ability to work within set budgets
* Experience in training and coaching a team
* Knowledge of current food trends
