About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join our Network Asset Maintenance team in a hybrid position, working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring that the design and coordination of work are in place to enable technicians and contracted partners to start and complete our capital and planned maintenance programs as scheduled.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting with health and safety management for the team and network workers.
* Delivering excellent service to customers and maintaining their trust.
* Managing budgetary and financial activities, and suggesting improvements.
* Supporting the performance and delivery of proactive and reactive activities under various contracts.
* Motivating team members and developing action plans.
* Ensuring successful first-time network service operations, including asset upgrades, repairs, and replacements.
Location: Hybrid in Orpington (PS & Depot), 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Ideal candidate should bring:
* Skills in operations, maintenance, engineering, finance, H&S, stakeholder engagement, and customer focus.
* Experience coordinating teams and stakeholders to meet KPIs.
* Ability to work with contracts managers and deliver work within SLAs.
* Proficiency with IT systems such as GIS, Watercore, Waternet, Z-One, PI, SCADA, MS Teams.
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and project tracking skills.
