The Opportunity:
We are looking for aForemanor an experiencedMIG Welder/Fabricator/Fitterready to step up and lead our workshop. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our workshop near Elgin/Lossiemouth. If you’re passionate about welding, fabrication, and leadership, this is your chance to join a forward-thinking company that values its team.
Key Responsibilities, Skills, and Experience:
* Perform MIG welding and fabrication tasks to a high standard, proven experience essential.
* Mechanical assembly of machinery.
* Operate and oversee workshop machinery, including brake press, CNC plasma cutting, and paint shop (finishing).
* Read and interpret technical drawings (essential).
* Lead and supervise workshop operations, ensuring productivity and safety.
* Work independently and collaboratively.
* Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate others.
* Positive, enthusiastic, and committed attitude.
* Participate in a weld test as part of the hiring process.
* Two work references to verify your experience.
