An exciting opportunity for a Graduate Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join a well-established multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy delivering MEP design solutions across commercial, education, defence and residential projects.
This role is ideal for a graduate looking to build a career within Building Services Consultancy and develop towards Chartered status with CIBSE.
What Youll Be Doing
* Supporting the design of HVAC and mechanical building services systems
* Assisting with calculations, technical drawings, specifications and reports
* Working with AutoCAD and Revit within an MEP environment
* Supporting sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions
* Attending site visits, surveys and commissioning activities
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary design teams
What Were Looking For
* Degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with a strong interest in Building Services
* Knowledge of HVAC / mechanical building services design
* Understanding of UK Building Regulations and CIBSE guidance
* Experience using AutoCAD and/or Revit
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
CIBSE membership or progress towards Chartership would be beneficial.
