About the Role
You will support students with a variety of needs, including:
* Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
* Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
* Communication and interaction difficulties
* Moderate learning difficulties
Working closely with class teachers and therapists, you will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment.

✅ Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs
* Assist with planning and delivering engaging learning activities
* Support pupils’ emotional regulation and behaviour positively
* Encourage independence, confidence and social skills
* Help implement EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
* Liaise with staff and contribute to progress tracking

What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school or care setting)
* A patient, empathetic and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. TA, childcare, or SEN training) are desirable but not essential
