Location: Coventry, Ansty Park
Hours: Mon-Thurs, 08:00 - 16:30, Fri 08:00 - 15:30.
Salary: £29,500 - £32,900

We're looking for a Customer Account Representative to join a small, high-performing team at our Ansty Park site. This is a role where you don't just process orders, you own the customer experience end-to-end, acting as the key link between customers and internal operations.

What you'll be doing
You'll be the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring everything from order placement to delivery runs smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing customer orders from start to finish
* Providing regular order updates and clear communication to customers
* Running customer meetings and maintaining strong relationships
* Coordinating with internal teams including supply chain, planning, operations, and finance
* Supporting forecasting and demand planning with customer insight
* Keeping accurate records and updates through Salesforce and SAP
* Ensuring customers always receive a high-quality, responsive service
