You’ll be tasked with diagnosing and repairing advanced mechanical and electrical faults, including high-voltage EV systems and batteries, providing you with the opportunity to showcase your expertise and keep your skills sharp. Key Responsibilities Perform complex mechanical & electrical diagnostics on a range of vehicles. Conduct repairs to EV and high-voltage systems, including battery removal and module repairs. Follow manufacturer warranty processes for repair and diagnostics. Manage your own workload to ensure quality work is completed on time. Provide support and technical advice to colleagues in the workshop. Ensure diagnostic tools and data are used effectively to resolve faults. The Ideal Master Technician We’re seeking a highly skilled individual who excels in diagnosing and repairing advanced vehicle systems. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Master-level manufacturer training & qualifications including a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent. EV & High Voltage certification, including battery repair and removal. At least 10 years’ manufacturer-trained experience. Strong diagnostic ability across both mechanical and electrical systems. Experience with manufacturer warranty processes and writing clear job reports. A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to support and guide others technically. A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months. Ready to apply?
