Floor Manager – Leeds, West Yorkshire
We are opening our newest Dishoom in Leeds this summer – serving Bombay comfort food and all‑day dining in a beautiful new space.
What to Expect
* Salary: £39,000 – £44,000 per year inclusive of tronc, paid monthly.
* Full‑time role, 5 days per week; Monday‑Sunday availability required.
* Week‑changing rota provided at least 6 days in advance.
* All‑day dining venue – a variety of daytime and evening shifts.
* Award‑winning training programmes and support.
* Paid holiday at usual rate; sites closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day, with an extra day for children to attend school.
* No uniform – smart/casual wear; trainers acceptable.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Has worked as a Floor Manager in a high‑volume, multi‑faced bar/restaurant environment.
* First‑class performance and obsessive about quality.
* Attention to detail; maintains highest standards and ensures every shift is safe.
* Strong leader who cares deeply for the team; natural coaching and development focus.
* Committed to guest and team happiness – drives guest loyalty and team morale.
