Salary: £43,000 – £45,000 + bonus + benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (no weekends, nights, or bank holidays)
The Role We’re recruiting qualified healthcare professionals to become Back-Office Functional Assessors.
This is Primarily Homebased where you’ll review medical evidence and produce reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). No hands-on care, no shift work – just structured, Monday to Friday hours.
What You’ll Do
Review medical evidence and assess how health impacts daily living
Decide the appropriate assessment route (paper review, centre or home visit)
Write clear, detailed reports for DWP
